State of the SportyCo ecosystem – May 2018 edition, part 3
We have revealed, in details, what our plans are regarding the core of our ecosystem: the SportyCo platform and campaigns. But we have several activities and partnerships planned in the near future which will extend the word-of-mouth of the SportyCo brand and ecosystem.
World Cup 2018 activation
We are preparing a user activation during the football championships, helping us recruit new members to the SportyCo community. While all the details will be revealed in June, our designers and developers are already diggin’ into the project, so everything will be ready in time for the first kick-off.
We are currently in discussions with a strategic partner for the Chinese/East Asian market. They will help us in extending our reach to the Asian crypto community, to sports fans and to athletes and clubs. We are currently in the process of preparing all the relevant materials (a lot of stuff needs to be translated to Chinese) and working with our partners on the strategy on how to best tackle this part of the world.
We are already cooperating with several sports talent agencies in the development of the platform and in reaching out to athletes. We plan to add new names from the industry to our rooster of partners, enabling us to not only draw on their sports industry knowledge, but also cooperate in supporting the careers of some of their protégés.
We have cooperated in the past with several notable athletes in promoting SportyCo to a wider sports audience. We plan to continue with this, and are in talks with several well known sports celebrities to join us as ambassadors in the following months.
We are also in talks with several big organizations from the world of English football and motorsports. We can’t reveal any details yet, as the negotiations are still ongoing. This is a lengthy process with many obstacles involved but we’re confident that we will reach an agreement with several of them.
Our team members will also travel a bit – we’re arranging to be present at several conferences this year, to make some additional buzz around SportyCo. And, of course, we will support all these activities mentioned with regular PR gruntwork, working the media machine – both in sports as in the crypto world.
